عدم التوصل بنقود الطلاق

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى. اريد ان اسأل اختي مطلقة منذ 5شهور ولم تتوصل الى حد الآن بنقود الطلاق او النفقة مع العلم لديها محامي فهو لم يعطيها اي وثيقة تتبث انها مطلقة فقط شفويا ممكن ان تقول لنا من اين ستحصل على النقود والوثائق المطلوبة التي ستدلي بها لاستلام النقود لما تسال المحامي يقول لها النقود لم تصل اليه بعد مع العلم ان طليقها وضعهم في الصندوق على خسب قول الحامي وشكرا لكم جزيل الشكر
