السلام عليكم توفي عمي عن زوجة و نحن ابناء اخيه و قد ترك لنا عدة املاك قمنا نحن ابناء اخ الهالك بمخارجة مع زوجة عمي تنازلت لنا فيه عن ارض مقابل مقابل بدل قبضته من املاك اخرى تم تثبيت هذا التخارج بوثيقة رسمية صادرة عن العدول غير اننا لم نسجل المخارجة في المحافظة العقارية و بقي اسم عمي المتوفي وارد في الرسم العقاري بعد مرور 20 سنة توفيت زوجة عمي وقام اخوتها بالشخوص للسجل العقاري و تقديم اراثة عمي الذي يحتوي على اسم زوجة عمي، و بالتالي ورد اسمها بين المالكين للارض على اعتبارها من الورثة و اصبحوا اخوتها يطالبوننا بحقهم في الارض ما العمل لتسجيل المخارجة في الرسم العقاري و اخراج اخوة زوجة عمي من قائمة ورثة الارض جزاكم الله خيرا

عليكم رفع دعوى تتضمن ما يلي: أولا التشطيب على ورثة زوجة عمكم من الرسم العقاري وثانيا تقييد رسم المخارجة التي أصبحتم بموجبها مالكين منفردين للرسم العقاري المذكور.
