السلام عليكم . انا متزوجة بمغربي مقيم بهولندا اعيش هنا معه . نفكر حاليا في الطلاق . هو لديه ممتلكات في المغرب قبل الزواج . هل بعد الطلاق ساحصل على نصيبي من هده الممتلكات او لا?

لا لأن الاموال موضوع القسمة هي المكتسبة اثناء العلاقة الزوجية ولبس قبلها سواء تعلق الامر بأموال في هولاندا او المغرب ثانيا حتى لو تعلق الأمر بأموال مكتسبة أثناء الزوجية فالمغرب يتبنى نظام فصل الدمة المالية كأصل الا لو اتبتي مساهماتك في إنشاء تلك الاموال كخلاصة لبس لديك اي نصيب في تلك الممتلكات لأنها امتلكت قبل قيام العلاقة الزوجية ولست مساهمة في تملكها من طرف الزوج
