اتفقت أنا وزوجتي على الطلاق الاتفاقي واشترطت أن أؤدي لها مبلغ من المال لإتمام الطلاق الاتفاقي.
سؤالي هو كيف أؤدي هذا المبلغ ؟ هل بيني وبينها ؟أم هل أكتبه في التزام و أعطيه للمحكمة حتى تحكم بالطلاق وبعدها يبقى في ذمتي ؟
