الحصول على عقد الاراثة في حالة التقاضي

السلام عليكم سؤالي حول إمكانية و طريقة الحصول على رسم اراثة يشمل أسامي ذوي الحقوق بعد وفات ابيهم رحمه الله الذي كنت اقاضيه من اجل استرجاع مبلغ مالي سلم له من طرف الموثق لإتمام اجراآت بيع قطعة ارضية لي بعدما إمتنع عن اتمام الاجراآت. طلبت مني المحكمة الابتدائية الإدلاء بهذه الوثيقة و تم رفض طلبي من قبلها رغم انني قمت بتصحيح المسطرة وجرد اسماء الورثة الذين اعرفهم شخصيا. المشكلة انه لا يمكن لي اتمام مقاضاتهم الا بالحصول على هذه الوتيقة. شكرا جزيلا لكم
