املك 25 في المائة في شركة مركز للتكوين المستمر قام المسيير و زوجته بفسخ عقدة كراء مقر الشركة دون علمي و انشاء شركة اخرى مركز لغات بنفس المقر مع العلم انهم majoritaire. و استغلوا المكاتب و الكراسي وكل المحتويات و قالو لي ان الشركة الأولى ليس لها مقر الان و يجب انغلقها.
