هل يمكن للبنك ان يحجز على عقار المتوفى رغم انه فوت للورتة مند مدة

بعد وفاة والدي قمنا بتسجيل و تحفيض المنزل باسم الورتة لكن بعد مدة توصلنا ببلاغ من احد الابناك يعلمنا بان له قرض في دمة ابي و انه سوف يحجز على المنزل هل يمكنه ان يحجز عليه رغم انه فوت للورتة مع العلم انه ل يملك سوى نصف العقار و النصف التاني باسم الوالدة
