السلام عليكم. لدينا دعوى القسمة في محكمة الإبتدائية ووصلنا هذا الأسبوع في إجراءات الإستئناف.حيث حكم القاضي ببيع العقار في المزاد العلني. يوجد منزل آخر لم يتم بعد قسمته ، هل يجب فتح ملف آخر من أجل المطالبة بقسمة المنزل ؟ أم يكفي فقط كتابة مقال إضافي للمطالبة بالقسمة ؟ وشكراً لكم على الإجابة.
