قمت بحادث سير على طريق السيار، بعد ان انقلبت بي السيارة دون ان اتسبب في ضرر لاحد من غير سيارتي، التامين على سيارة رفض تعويضي والتامين عن الشغل ( لاني كنت في طريقي الى العمل ) يطلب مني نسخة من محضر الدرك الملكي الذي تم تحريره، و الدرك يرفضون تسليمي نسخة و اعطوني رقم المحضر و رقم الاداع في المحكمة، كيف يمكنني استخراج نسخة من محضر الدرك في حادث السير على طريق السيار؟ و هل انا مجبر على توكيل محامي لل ترافع علي؟

بالنسبة لرفض التعويض عن أضرار السيارة فالأمر متوقف على ما في عقد تامينك وهل الحوادث العرضية داخلة في التامين وكم هو مبلغ '' franchise'' المتفق عليه مع شركة التأمين.
