تزوجت منذ 12سنة و لم نكن نملك شيئا تعبنا انا و وززوجي الى ان رزقنا الله ب منزلين لكن زوجي كتبهم باسمه و لم يعطني اي شيء . مع العلم انه كان يعدني بان نتقاصم كل شيء و الان احس بخيلة امل و وصلت إلى الشعور يغدر و الرغبة بالانفصال فهل القانون يحفظ لي حقي ام لا ؟ و شكرا

اذن الحل هو الانفصال و ترك الجمل بما حمل في ظل غياب الحق. بدون تقديم اي شكاية للمحكة صح. حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل.
