السلام عليكم كنت استلم من طليقي 600 درهم كنفقة لابني وبعد زواجي بقي ابني مع والدي... وأصبح طليقي يرسل نصف المبلغ مدة 7 أشهر وبعد ذلك انقطع شهرا وعندما كلمته عاد ليرسل 500 درهم مدة 9 أشهر وانقطع هذا الشهر... -هل يحق له حضانة الابن عمره 10 سنوات علما أنه مع والدي؟ -هل لي الحق في المطالبة بنفقة الابن وعدم تلاعب طليقي في إرسالها؟ -مع العلم أنه هو الآخر متزوج وله 3 أبناء شكرا جزيلا
