السلام عليكم هل يمكنكم مساعدتي على معرفة مادا يول القانون في هده المسالة كان لي قرض مع احد الابناك في المغرب و قد سويت الامر بشرائه من طرف مؤسسة بنكية اخرى. لكن البنك الاول قام بالقتطاع رغم انهم منحوني MAIN LEVEE هل اطالب بارجاع القيمة المقتطعة و هل اطالب بالمال الدي انتج من هده القيمة و شكرا
