السلام عليكم أنا عضو جديد أريد الإستشارة فيما يخص التالي : لدي أخت تم طردها من طرف زوجها من بيت الزوجية ب دون إبنها ذو 9 أشهر ، لكن أختي دفعت شكاية لدى وكيل الملك و أصدر أمرا للدرك الملكي بإحضار إبنها و فعلا أخذته ، لكن سؤال هل يمكنها نقل دعوتها بالطلاق أو النفقة من المدينة اللتي يقطنها الزوج إلى المدينة اللتي يقطنها والدا الزوجة ؟ و شكرا .
