زوجتي رفعت علي دعوة الطلاق وانا لا اريد ان اطلقها لأنني مازلت أحبها رغم النقاشات ولدينا طفلين وقمت انا بطلب الرجوع إلى بيت الزوجية وهي لا تريد الرجوع؟ هل ستحكم المحكمة لصالحي؟ واذا حكمت لي ولا تريد الرجوع هل يمكن للمحكمة تطليقها؟ جزاكم الله خيرا

للأسف ان هي اصرت على الطلاق ستستجيب المحكمة لطلبها حاول معها من جديد

ان رفعت دعوى الرجوع و هي تقدمت بطلب الطلاق فسترفض دعوتك ان هي أدلت بمراجع دعوتها لذا حاول ان تقنعها بالعدول عن قرارها بالتوفيق

لا ادري لماذا النساء كيكونو درويشات قبل الزواج و لكن من بعد كيديرو لكرون و قصوحية الراس...غالبا كيدروشو غير باش يتزوجو....لهذا اصبح العزوف عن الزواج
