السلام عليكم ورحمه الله. سوءال. بعض المكتريين يستغلون غيابي ويضعون السومة الكراءية على رقم حسابي ويحتالون. مثلا يدفع على شهر يناير وهكذا تسجل كذلك وينتظر ون إلى شهر أبريل ويدفعون على هذا الشهر والموصف في البنك يكتب مايقوله المكتري وهكذا يصبحون قانونيا وكأنهم دفعوا الىنهاية أبريل. والمحامي يقول أمام المحكمة لن نحصل على الشهرين الماضيين لأ ن ألموضف في البنك كتب له كراء شهر أبريل. و ألموضف يقول لا نملك الحق لسوءال من يضع الدراهم في رقمك ولسنا مسؤولين. من فضلكم انصحوني ماذا أفعل ولكم جزيل الشكر. و السلام عليكم ورحمة الله.
