الرفع من واجبات الكراء

قمت بوضع الطابق الثاني من منزلي للكراء بمبلغ اقل من قيمته، و الان اريد الرفع من واجبات الكراء علما انه لم اقم باي زيادة منذ سنة 2006، قد قرات انه يحق لي زيادة 8 بالمئة فقط من المبلغ الحالي و انه يمكنني الرفع من الواجبات كل ثلاث سنوات، سؤالي هو هل يمكنني الاخد بعين الاعتبار السنوات الماضية التي لم ارفع منها من قيمة الكراء، بمعنى هل يمكنني استدراك السنهات الفارطة و رفع ثمن الكراء بنسبة 30 بالمئة ؟ شكرا لكم
