رفع الضرر بسبب الضجيج

قمنا بكراء شقة بسيطة في احد الاحياء الشعبية .. لمدة تزيد الان عن سنتين ياتي بعض الاطفال يوميا ليستعملو حائط المنزل كمرمى للعب الكرة و يسببون لنا الضجيج لدرجة لا تحتمل .. تحدتنا مع اوليائهم لكن لا تغيير و تحدتنا مع الاطفال و لا تغيير .. و سؤالي هل لدي الحق لرفع شكاية او دعوى قضائية لحل هذا المشكل و شكرا.
