شاب يبلغ 24 سنة له خمس اخوة ولد خارج اطار الزواج اي بعد طلاق امه لكن هاته الاخيرة استمرت في معاشرة طليقها و رفض هذا الاخير الاعتراف به مما اظطر الام الى وضعه مجهول الاب بدفتر حالة مدنية خاص به باسم عائلي مختلف عن اخوته،اليوم و بعد وفاة امه حوالي 20 سنة هل بإمكانه ان يطالب من طليق امه ان يعطيه نسبه و كيف ذلك علما ان كل المؤشرات تشير على انه ابنه( شهادة اخوته ان ابوهم استمر في معاشرة امهم حتى بعد الطلاق،شهادة بعد افراد العائلة،الشبه الواضح بينه وبين طليق والدته) وماهي اجراءات الخبرة بواسطة adn.
