اشتغل لمدة 3 سنوات مع شركة اجنبية لها فرع في المغرب، حاليا هي في وضع افلاس

الشركة قريبا ستغادر المغرب ولم يطردوني بعد وقد تم تغيير مقر فرع الشركة الى محل تم كراءه ولقد اخبرني شخص يشتغل داخل ادارة الشركة انهم يعزمون على عدم تعويضنا بحيت انهم يسعون حاليا لفسخ العقد مع الشريك المغربي لكي لا نجد من يعوضني علما ان مقر الشركة الحقيقي يوجد في اسبانيا المرجو من سيادتكم توجيهي الى كيفية ضمان حقي وشكرا
