هناك عقد اعدته شركة تعمل بالمجال الاشهاري والتجارة الالكترونية فهل يحق للموظف العمومي ان يوقعه دون ان تترتب عليه اثار قانونية او مخالفة للنظام الاساسي للوظيفة العمومية .وشكرا
