المطالبة بمكان لركن السيارة بمرآب العمارة

كيف يمكنني مطالبة المنعش العقاري بتمكيني من مكان لركن السيارة بمرآب العمارة مع العلم أن المرآب يدخل ضمن الملكية المشتركة و مع العلم أن عقد بيع الشقة يبين بوضوح أن الشقة تتوفر على مكان بالمرآب. الاشكال أن المرآب يتوفر على 16 مكان للسيارات و العمارة بها 21 شقة لذا أجد صعوبة لركن سيارتي لكوني لا أرجع الا في ساعة متأخرة, ما العمل؟
