السلام عليكم استشارتي هي بعد قيامي بمسطرة الحصول على الشهادة الادارية الخاصة بالعقار الغير محفض و بعد اجابة جميع الجهات المعنية بان العقار غير تابع لممتلكاتها رفض القائد تسليمي الشهادة الادارية بدعوى ان العقار به بناء عشوائي و بان الشهادة تسلم لعقار خالي فما صحة قول القائد علما بان ما قاله ليس مضمنا في خطة العدالة و شكرا لكم
