أنا اشتغل في محل تجاري كبائع بدون عقد وبعد سنتين طلبوا مني التوقف ماهو وضعي القانوني و هل لي من تعويضات في حالة الطرد؟ ماهي الإجراءات التي يجب أن اقوم بها؟ (عندما قلت له اعطني حساب و شهادة العمل قال لي انت لست تشتغل معنا قام بنكري و انا عندي حجة شريط فيديو في محل
معلومات عن العمل:
أشتغل ست أيام في الأيبوع.
لاأستفيد من أيام العطل و الأعياد.
في البداية كنت أشتغل 11 ساعات مأخرا 10 ساعات فقط
أجر العمل 1200 تقريبا علما أنه تم الإتفاق على زيادة في الاجر
غير مصرح بي في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي.
