اشتريت نصيب في ارض داخل المجال الحضري على الشياع بملغ 150 درهم للمتر واريد بيعها بتمن 450 درهم للمتر و لكن الدولة حددت ثمن 2200 درهم للمتر كثمن مرجعي لاداء الضريبة عن الارباح ولا اعرف ما العمل .للاشارة فالارض عند الشراء كانت خارج المدار الحضري اما الان فاصبحت داخل المدار الحضري
