هل هدا الحجز صحيح ام باطل؟

توفي أبي رحمه الله و ترك لنا بعض العقارات وبعد مدة تفاجئنا بحجز على احدى هده العقارات و السبب إعتراف بدين موقع بمبلغ مالي مع العلم ان نفس الشخص وقع للمرحوم تنازل على دلك الدين،وبعد استفسارنا له عن الوثيقتين الموقعة اي(اعتراف بالدين والتنازل على الدين)قال لنا ان أباكم وعدني بذلك المبلغ لكوني توسط له في بيع إحدى عقاراته .ووقعت له التنازل على دالك المبلغ ادا لم تتم عملية البيع,مع العلم ان عملية البيع النهائي لم تتم لقد كان المرحوم وقع عقد وعد بالبيع لكن بعض المشاكل بالعقار حالت دون اتمام البيع النهائي ,نقطة مهمة من فضلكم هل هدا الحجز صحيح ام باطل؟ مع العلم ان تاريخ التنازل موقع قبل تاريخ الاعتراف بالدين باسبوع تقريبا .جزاكم الله خيرا على مجهوداتكم القيمة.
