أريد رفع دعوة الرجوع الى بيت الزوجية

السلام عليكم زوجتي غادرة بيت الزوجية و حملت معها إبني منذ 8 أشهر و فعلت معها جميع أنواع الصلح لكي ترجع إلى البيت فرفضت رفضا قاطعا الرجوع إلا إذا وفرت لها سكنا مستقلا عن أهلي، و فعلا وفرت لها سكنا مستقل معا ذالك رفضت الرجوع و الأن أريد أن أرفع عليها دعوة لرجوع إلى بيت الزوجية اللذي وفرته لها. سألي الأن ماهي الإجراءات اللتي علي إتخادها في حالة رفضت الروجوع إلى بيت الزوجية رغم إستصدار حكم بروجوعها و هل سيحكم علي بالنفقة رغم أنها هي التي منعتني من النفقة على إبني كل هذه المذة و شكرا
