سلام تم طرد ممثلين نقابيين من طرف الشركة والبعض يتم تعسف عليهم في العمل واحد تم ارساله الى مدينة اخرى بضغط من نقابة اخرى اكثر تمثيلية وجاء الكاتب العام لنقابة الاخرى بتصريحات في احدا المواقع الإلكترونية على فمه بعدما سمانا بإسمنا واحد واحد وقال ( خصنا نحاربهم) إذا ذهبنا الى المحكمة و معنا هذه التصريحات هل ممكن للمحكمة ان تتبت هذا تعسفيا ؟ المرجوا منكم المساعدة و شكرا

بالنسبة للمطرودين تعسفيا ما عليهم سوى المطالب بالتعويض عن الطرد التعسفي شأنهم شأن أي عامل مطرود بهذه الصفة.
