اصدر حكم طلاق تمهيدي باداء 5000 درهم و لم يصدر حكم الطلاق هل هذا طبيعي ? و ما هو ذالك المباغ هل يشتمل على كل مستحاقات الزوجة و الجلسة الثانية 5/09/2017 هل يحق لها ان تستانف قبل او بعد الجلسة و هل لي الزوج حق الاستناف هل الاستناف يكون بعد او قبل الجلسة ؟ ومتى سيصدر حكم الطلاق النهائي بعد الجلسة 5/09 ؟و هل بعد الجلسة المذكورة سيكون لها الحق في الاستئناف؟ و ما معنى حكم تمهيدي وشكرا لكم مسبقا

نعم المبلغ فيه متعة ونفقة سوف يصدر الحكم النهائي عند ايداع دلك المبلغ فصندوق و الاستئناف يكون بعد الحكم بطلاق النهائي الذي يصدر مباشرة بعد دفع النقود حكم تمهيدي هو حكم بالمبلغ في حالت ما اد لم يدفع المبلغ لا يتم الطلاق ويعتبر دلك محاولة صلح من الزوج ورفض ملف الطلاق

السلام انا رفعت زعوةالطلاق الشقاق او خلصت اللي قالتلي المحكمة دابا قالي المحامي بانهم رفعو دعوة النفقة قبل الحكم او زايدة عليا سنة قبل ماتغادر المنزل شنو تنصحوني الله يرحم الوالدين
