سلام استادي الفاضل هل من حل لكي لا يتم رفض طلب الطعن بالالغاء في قرار اداري تم تبليغه شفويا لموظف امن من طرف ولاية الامن القرار هو عبارة عن فاكس .تم بموجبه توقيف موظف عن العمل وعندما طلب نسخة من القرار تم رفض الامر بدعوة سرية المراسلات ...المهم هو انك موقوف عن العمل كيف يمكن التعامل مع هاته النازلة من الناحية القانونية مع العلم ان المحاكم الادارية تطالب بنسخة من القرار المطعون ولكم جزيل الشكر
