في حالة تبت خطا المتهم عند مناقشة القضية استئنافيا مدنيا و بالتالي تبت التهديد و حكمت المحكمة بالتعويض فهل يمكن للمطالب بالحق المدني ان يدلي بهدا الحكم لتجريح شهادة المتهم في نزاع دائر بين المطالب بالحق المدني باعتباره متهم و المشتكي المسمى كدا هدا المشتكي الدي استعان بالمتهم الدي هدد شاهد المطالب بالحق المدني و في نفس العقار في قضية الترامي على ملك الغير حيت تمت ادانة المطالب بالحق المدني بسبب شهادة المتهم الدي هدد الشاهد بالتراجع عن شهادته و على نفس العقار وشكرا لكم
