مشكلتي مع احد الجيران . انا اقطن بالطابق السفلي و هو في الطابق الاول . المشكلة هي انه يقوم بنشر الافرشة مباشرة على نافذة منزلي حيث اعيش في ظلام ليل نهار جراء هذا . كذلك يقوم بسكب الماء على النشير الخاص بي . و لدي صور توثق لكل ما اقوله . حاولت مرارا و تكرارا حل المشكلة حبيا دون جدوى . هل لدي حق في رفع دعوى ؟ و ما هي الجهة المختصة بهذه القضايا ؟ و ما هي العقوبات المترتبة على هذه التصرفات ؟ و شكرا لكم
