تعدد الحجوزات التحفظية على نفس الدين

السلام عليكم بعدما حصل المدعي على حكم ابتدائي يقضي باداء المدعى عليه لفائدته مبلغ x+1. قام باجراء حجز تحفظي على عقار المدعى عليه ضمانا لهذا المبلغ’ واستئنافيا قامت المحكمة بتخفيض المبلغ الى x-1. فقام المدعي باجراء حجز تان على نفس العقار ضمانا للمبلغ التاني دون ان يقوم المحافظ بالتشطيب على الحجز الاول ’ السؤال هو مدى قانونية هذين الاجرائين وكيف السبيل قانونيا للتشطيب على الحجز الاول ( لانه يؤثر على صورة الرسم العقاري اثناء محاولات صاحبه بيعه حبيا خارج مسار القضاء’ممايضهره مثقلا بالحجوز والديون على الرغم من ان الدين واحد مع اختلاف المبلغين والحجزين التحفظيين ) جزاكم الله عنا خير الجزاء
