ما هي صيغة الاعتراف امام المجلس التاديبي؟ هي يعتد باعتراف صاغه محرر المحضر التاديبي بان يلخص المحرر ماقاله الموظف ويصوغه بطريقته؟ ام يجب ان يكون الاعتراف بصيغة المتكلم وليس بصيغة الغائب؟ حيث يحرر المحضر بصيغة : وقد اعترف فلان بانه فعل كذا وفعل كذا؟
