هل صحيح أخي ايمن ان التراجع عن الشهادة لا يتم الا امام العدول باعتبارها الجهة المتلقية للاشهاد او امام المحكمة وان التراجع على شكل تصريحات مصادق على توقيعاتها لا يعتد به وللتوضيح يتعلق الامر بالتراجع عن شهادة في رسم استمرار.
