أنا شاب مغربي خطىبت سيدة مطلقة وعقدنا وبعد مدة اخبرتني انها باردة جنسيا مع العلم انها لم تخبرني قبل العقد هدا دفعني أن أضع حدا لهدا للزواج سؤالي هل الطلاق قبل البناء يلزمني نفقة وماهي اوهل البرود الجنسي يعتبر مانع من موانع الزواج لانها تقول لي حينما نكون لوحنلامور التي تترتب علي هدا الطلاق

يمكنك يا أخي أن تتجه لقاضي الأسرة لانهاء الرابطة الزوجية بفسخ عقد الزواج بسبب التدليس لأن عقد الزواج تفترض فيه المعاشرة الجنسية ...
