قدمت شكاية ضد طليقي لأنه أصبح يهددني بعد طلاقي منه ويرسل لي عبارات القذف والسب والشتم وقام بابتزازي قصد تنازلي له عن النفقة. فقامت مصالح الشرطة بإحالة الملف على وكيل الملك. فحضرت انا وطليقي وامتثلنا امام وكيل الملك ثم أحيل الملف على المحكمة قسم الجنح. حددت لنا الجلسة الأولى. هل حضوري أمام القاضي واجب ؟ أم أن محامي يستطيع ان ينوب عني دون حضوري؟ وهل لغيابي أي أثر على السير العادي للمتابعة القضائية؟
