هل يحق للأم تسجيل المولود الجديد الذي خرجت به حاملا من بيت الزوجية ووضعته عند بيت أهلها بدون حاجة الى الزوج وليس لها أي وثيقة عن الزوج . ما عدا عقد الزواج.. ودفتر الحالة المدنية لم ينشأ بعد. ودون علم الزوج بالولادة.
ما هي الوثائق التي ستحتاج ؟؟،،؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟،؟؟؟؟؟
في الحالتين حالة اجل التصريح لم ينتهي .
