السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. أساتذة الكرام من فضلكم افضلوا بالجواب على سؤالي هل يحق للأم تسجيل المولود الجديد الذي خرجت به حاملا من بيت الزوجية ووضعته عند بيت أهلها بدون حاجة الى الزوج وليس لها أي وثيقة عن الزوج . ما عدا عقد الزواج.. ودفتر الحالة المدنية لم ينشأ بعد. ودون علم الزوج بالولادة. ما هي الوثائق التي ستحتاج ؟؟،،؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟،؟؟؟؟؟ في الحالتين حالة اجل التصريح لم ينتهي . وحالة انتهاء أجل التصريح
