السلام عليكم
كنت رفعت دعوى الطلاق ضد زوجتي وحكمت المحكمة بالطلاق في تاريخ 08/01/2019 قمت بتبليغ حكم الطلاق والنفقة بتاريخ 01/03/2019 بعد مرور مدة شهرين تقريباً تفاجأت باستئناف (تسجيل المقال 29/04/2019) بعد دخولي لموقع mahakim ولم اتوصل بأي استدعاء.
هل يعتبر هذا الاستئناف قانونيا وإذا كان كذلك ماذا علي القيام به.
للتأكد من تاريخ استئناف الحكم، يجب عليك التوجه الى كتابة الضبط بالمحكمة الإبتدائية للإطلاع ......
