قامت زوجتي بسرقة شيك مني عليه امضائي وعليه اسمها كانت اخذته كضمانة لمبلغ اعطته لاخي ولكن قمنا بارجاع المبلغ اليها وبقي الشيك بحوزتي في غرفتي فقامت بسرقته ومغادرة بيت الزوجية وقمت انا بالتبليغ عن الشيك وايقافه لدى البنك و لدينا الان نزاع قضائي فانا طلبت الرجوع لبيت الزوجية وهي طلبت النفقة وافراد السكن وقامت الان بدفع الشيك للبنك لاستخلاصه وبما اني مبلغ الشرطة بفقدان الشيك فلم تاخذ اي شيئ والحساب فارغ
