منذ بداية سنة 2014 والمحكمة الابتدائية تنظر في قضية مدنية بين متعاون ورئيس التعاونية من خلال مسطرة البحث ووصلت القضية الى الجلسة الحادية عشرة ورئيس التعاونية يفوض لنائبه الثاني حضور جلسات البحث فتارة المدعي وهو المتعاون يطالب بحضور المدعى عليه الرئيس شخصيا وتارة يتغيب المدعي وغدا الجلسة الحادية عشرة من جلسات البحث ولم يتم حسم الامور وكل مرة تتأجل الجلسة السؤال لماذا وصلت القضية الى الجلسة الحادية عشرة  ولم يحسم القاضي في الامر.؟

أعتقد انه إذا كان القاضي الذي امر بالبحث قد وجد بالملف شهادة التسليم التي تفيد توصل الرئيس فإنه لا داعي للتاخير وإعادة الاستدعاء ويمكنه ان يرتب على عدم الحضور رغم الاستدعاء ...
