السلام عليكم هل يمكن تجريح 4 شهود لسبب العداوة او القرابة في موجب تصرف لقطعة ارضية اثناء التقاضي بالمرحلة الاستئنافية. وهل يمكن للمحكمة استبعاد عقد التصرف المدكور بسبب هذا التجريح وما هي درجة القرابة لتقبل من طرف المحكمة والسلام ورمضان كريم
