اشكالية تقسيم سومة الكراء بين الورثة؟

السلام عليكم استاذي الفاضل، استاذتي الفاضلة. كان والدنا رحمه الله يكري محلا (كراج) لاحد وكالات الاسفار ب 10.000 درهم تقريبا. وبعد موته وقعنا نحن الورثة (4 رجال و 3 نساء) في مشكلة كيفية تقسيم سومة الكراء. ماذا تقترحون سيادتكم؟ هل نوكل احد الاشخاص؟ ام هل نوكل موثق؟ وكم اتعاب الموثق تقريبا (في 10.000 درهم)؟ وجزاكم الله خيرا. ملاحظة : عقد الكراء الحالي لا يشمل بند الزيادة بعد ثلاث سنوات، فهل نقوم بتجديد العقد وادخال هذا البند للاحتياط؟ وشكرا.

شكرا جزيلا سيدي الكريم. علما ان المكتري يتماطل في الاداء مع بعض الورثة كما انه لم يحتسب الزيادة رغم مرور اكثر من 3 سنوات، كما ان بعض الورثة يتواجدون في الخارج. لهذا السبب نفكر في الوساطة عبر موثق وشكرا
