انا سيدة مطلقة منذ ثلاث سنوات خلال فترة زواجي سرق مني زوجي عقد عرفي لبقعة ارضية اشتريتها منه
وبقي لدي نسخة منها فقط اقصد فوطوكوبي للعقد الاصلي
بحثت في المقاطعة ثم دار التسجيل لم اجد شيئا
الان اريد رفع دعوة به كي استرجع العقد وكذلك دعوة لنفقة بناتي
هل انا على صواب ام لا
اريد ان اعرف مصاريف هذه الدعوة كم ستكلفني
رفع دعوى بالنفقة لا علاقة لها بالعقد العرفي المسروق ويمكنك رفعها إذا لم يسبق أن حدد لك واجب النفقة في الأمر بالطلاق.
