هل نفقة الابنة تمثل 30% من راتب الاب؟

لقد تم الحكم بنفقة ابنتي بمبلغ 900 درهم وهو ما اعتبرته مبلغا قليلا بالنسبة لراتب الزوج 10000 درهم. هل صحيح ان النفقة تقدر في حوالي 30% من راتب الزوج؟ لقد سمعت هده المعلومة و اريد التاكد منها جزاكم الله خيرا. للاضافة الزوج من رفع دعوة الطلاق الشقاق.

900درهم قليلة بالنسبة لراتب الزوج 10000 درهم. لا علاقة من رفع دعوة الطلاق في نفقة الابناء. المحكمة تقدر نفقة الابناء بحيث انها تحافظ علي نفس المستوى عيش الابناء قبل الطلاق.

ليست هناك أي نسبة محددة في القانون يلجأ لها القاضي لحساب النفقة وإنما الأمر يرجع إليه مع الأخذ بالاعتبار معيارا حدده المشرع في المادتين 189 و 190 من مدونة الأسرة
