السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته . انا فتاة مغربية مخطوبة لعراقي مقيم بأستراليا . اريد ابرام عقد زواج عن طريق الوكالة لعدم قدرته المجيء الي المغرب خصوصا انه طلب فيزا مغربية حوالي السنة ولم يحصل على إجابة بعد بالرفض أو القبول . مع العلم انه مغترب عن العراق منذ 35 سنة ومقيم في أستراليا من حوالي عشرة سنين . فما هي الإجراءات القانونية والاوراق اللازمة لعقد الزواج بالمغرب بالوكالة . مع العلم انه مسيحي وليس بمسلم لكنه على استعداد لإعتناق الإسلام . وشكرا .
