لي قريب يزاول مهنة التجارة بمحل تجاري مكتري لكنه في سنة 2015 افلس وبقي على دمته شيكات بدون رصيد امضى عقوبة سجنية على بعض هذه الشيكات والان سنة 2018 يتفاجئ بشيكات اخرى علما ان اخر شيك تم اصداره سنة 2014 سؤالي هل العقوبة السجنية سيتم تمديدها عن سالفتها علما ان المبلغ لا يتعدى درهم50000 و كيف يتم التنازل حبيا في حالة تسديد المبلغ
