طالبت زوجي بالتعاون معي في مصاريف ابنتنا التي تبلغ 10 اشهر, علما اننا نشتغل( انا بمراكش و هو بتزنيت), فأجاب بالرفض قائلا: "لن أصرف عليها, فهي معك وليست معي, و ان كنت تريدين المال, فالطلاق احسن لنا و المحكمة ستحدد نفقتها (600.00 درهم)" زوجي لم يصرف عليها قط بعد شهرين من عمرها, انا و ابنتي نسكنا حاليا مع والديّ, هل بامكاني طلب النفقة في 8 اشهر الماضية عند الطلاق؟ و شكرا جزيلا

انا اتقاضي 4200dh . حكمت عليا محكمة ب 500د للزوجة و 450د للابن.قبل الطلاق. الا كنتي بغيا طلقي سيري محكمة . كنتي بغيا تكاملو حولي تفاهمي مع زوجك. زوجك ممكن يرفع عليك دعوة رجوع بيت زوجية . و تسقط عليه نفقة الزوجة فقط بعدة تاريخ الحكم و تنفيد. اوا الله يهدي ماخلق
