السلام عليكم و رحمة الله سؤالي من فضلكم حول مبلغ مالي دفعته كتسبيق في شقة وهو 40000درهم في شهر دجنبر 2017 لدى شركة للعقار مقابل وصل به جميع المعلومات و وقعت وثائق الإستفدة من السكن الإقتصادي لدى الموثق و بعد شهر إتصلو لإشهاري بصدور شهادة عدم الملكية إلا أنني لم أوقع وعد بالبيع مع المنعش و الشقق بدأ تسليمهم و التأخر الحاصل في ملفي البنكي هو المتعلق بالضريبة على القيمة المضافة بين البنك التشاركي و مديرية الضرائب ماالذي يتعين علي القيام به شكرًا
