زوجتي رفعت دعوى نفقة من شهر يوليز 2017 بعد زواج دام 11 سنة وطفل 3 سنوات رغم اني المسؤول عن مصاريف البيت وتدفعني لتطليقها رغم علمها بحالتي المرضية والمادية و اظطريت لدعوتها قانونيا للرجوع لبيت الزوجية ولدي حكم تنفيذي لكنها ترفض الرجوع وترفض أيضا أن تقوم هي برفع دعوة الطلاق. هل اذا قمت بتطليقها للضرر ساتعرض لدفع مصاريف المتعة (11سنة) او هناك طريقة لاثباث انها هي من تريد الطلاق؟ شكرا
