لدي محل تجاري قامت سيدة بكرائه مني بمبلغ 2500 درهم في الشهر ، وإمتنعت عن الأداء ، كيف أستطيع إجبارها على أداء الكراء. وهل يمكنها بيع الساروت ، و ما هو مصير المحل ، و هل يمكنني استرجاع محلي.

لدي نفس السؤال امتنع الكمثري عن أداء سومة الكراء أكتر من سنتين لتواجدي خارج الوطن وجهت إندار عن طريق المحامي وبعد مرور 15 يوما من تاريخ الإنتظار قال لي المحامي يجب رفع الدعوى وأداء 100درهم عن كل شهر أي أكثر من 2000 درهم للمحكمة . هل هذا المبلغ قانوني أم لا
